Mental health support available

BEYOND Blue is providing mental health support to those impacted by the fires in Victoria.

The impact of extreme weather events and natural disasters on our lives is wide-ranging, extending to our mental health, even for those not directly impacted.

Those affected can contact Beyond Blue on 1300 22 4636 or access a web chat via beyondblue.org.au/get-support.

Beyond Blue is here for all Australians, and it’s never too early to reach out for those who have been directly impacted, experiencing fear, anxiety, or concern for loved ones or feeling the effects of distressing news and images.
