THE Millicent Bowls Club attracted 30 players to its 2-4-2 game last week and because of the number of players, two teams of triples were formed and played each other, with each player playing three bowls each over 20 ends.
In first place and taking home the prize pool with a score of 35+22, was one of the triples, Bill Mullen, Frank Cooper and Iain Campbell.
Runners- up were Orr Grosvenor and Ian Ross with a score of 32+8.
Other winning teams: Graham Atiwill/Bryan Roper 31+9; Chris Earl/Andre Reinders 31+4; Peter Dunnicliff/Adriana Ross 31+3; Sam Schofield/John Scudds 30+12; Lurlene Reinders/Derrick Lindh 30+8.
A reminder to all members the Annual General Meeting for the 2024-25 season will be held on April 24, commencing at 4.30pm.
