Two trivia buffs from Queensland joined around 200 people from across the region for the Spicks and Specks quiz night held in the Millicent Civic and Arts Centre.
Ann and David Randall were on their way to Melbourne and staying overnight in Millicent when they saw the trivia night advertised.
Managing to secure tickets for the sold out event the couple sat with a table of Naracoorte locals and said they had a great time meeting new people.
Members of their team, The Outsiders, managed to win three prizes including a raffle and lucky seat prize, and Ms Randall guessed the Who Am I question.
A table of 10 locals, The Rolling Crones, won the overall competition.
It is the second sold-out Spicks and Specks fundraiser held for local community radio station 5the FM with plans for the popular evening to become an annual event.
